Impala Bolt & Nut recently initiated a complete warehouse optimisation project.
This included an expansion of our existing warehouse and production facilities by 3 000m2, as well as implementing a QR code and computer scanning system for product identification to ensure effective traceability, warehouse bin locations, and complete batch control.
