We’re NUTZ About Productivity

As part of our Quality mandate, we are committed to continuous improvement in everything we do, ensuring that our customers receive the highest possible consistency in product quality and service.

Our investment in this expansion project will ensure that we are well-equipped to provide better service to  customers, with increased capacity and extended capabilities in terms of stockholding and order turn-around times.

We’re NUTZ About Meeting  Customer Requirements

Impala Bolt & Nut customers appreciate our ability to design products and tooling using a cutting-edge three-dimensional modelling package, which accelerates the design process. Our purpose-built machinery can meet the growing demand to design and manufacture specific fasteners and complex parts for various mechanical challenges.

Derek Cohen, Impala Bolt & Nut MD, shares, “In providing solutions for applications such as mining, renewable energy, railway and  construction, we supply standard off-the-shelf bolts, nuts and  washers in accordance with both DIN and ISO specifications. We also supply a range of fasteners designed specifically for customer  applications when standard fasteners are not suitable.”

We’re NUTZ About Quality

Manufacturing locally enables Impala Bolt & Nut to meet tight delivery schedules, undertake new product development, and troubleshoot technical challenges. Many projects stipulate a high percentage of local content, to which we can cater by using locally produced raw materials sourced direct from ArcelorMittal.

Our products are cold forged on high-end machinery by technical experts, allowing us the flexibility to offer both standard and custom nuts, bolts and washers to suit each job application.
